Our Heritage
Mezcal Argato, founded by Israel and Rio Landa in Buenavista de Cuellar, Guerrero, is a Mexico-based artisanal mezcal brand that marries centuries-old techniques with modern innovation to craft premium mezcal.
Operating a fully sustainable, vertical process, we grow our own agaves, distill with meticulous craftsmanship using custom handmade hammered copper stills and an engineered 2-ton volcanic tahona, and bottle on-site.
